Personal use
Dust to Dust is provided for personal entertainment use. Do not misuse the service, interfere with the site, or attempt to gain unfair advantage through automation, exploit abuse, or attacks against the hosted build.
These terms cover the public browser build of Dust to Dust as it exists today: local-first play, no payments, no ads, and no live competitive account systems in the public launch channel.
These terms reflect the current public release. They apply to the live browser build hosted on the Dust to Dust site.

The public browser launch is local-first. Ranked, friends, ghost challenges, private rooms, live leaderboards, push notifications, ads, and payments are not part of the public release unless the site later states otherwise.
Progress and optional profile naming are stored in your browser for the public launch. Clearing site storage or browser data may remove that local progress.
The public browser release does not currently sell gameplay items, premium currency, ads removal, or support packs. If paid features are added later, the site and these terms will be updated before they go live.
All game code, art, audio, branding, and related content remain owned by the Dust to Dust project owner or its licensors unless a separate written license says otherwise.
The game may be updated, rebalanced, paused, or removed at any time. Browser compatibility, cached assets, and release-stage changes may affect what is available on a given day.
